Two night minimum for all stays
other than holidays, which will require a three (3) night
minimum.

hold reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover

When reservation is accepted,
ONE NIGHT'S RATE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED ON YOUR
CARD AS A DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM RESERVATION. If you
prefer to pay by cash or other card when you arrive, we will
return your deposit.

The balance will be charged 14 days
prior to visit with credit card on file. If you prefer to pay
cash we will refund/credit your credit card upon arrival at
check in.

There will be a $25.00 fee for date
changes made at least 14 days before your arrival.

Cancellations and date changes made
WITHIN 14 days of arrival may be charged the
full reservation fee if we are unable to rent the cabin equal to
stay.

Cancellations or date changes must
be confirmed by the manager. Messages left on answering
machines, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail service are not
reliable means of communication.

Late arrivals are no problem, just
notify us and your receipt, a map and keys will be left in an
envelope in a pre-designated area.

Discounts do not apply during
holidays.

A few of our cabin owners do not
accept any discounts. Please note that your reservation will be
accepted without application of discount on these cabins.

No pets allowed. Failure to comply
will incur a $100.00 - $300.00 charge. We do have a few cabins
that are pet friendly, for which we charge $12.50 per night
additional fee.

NO SMOKING in ANY
cabin. Failure to comply will incur a $100.00 charge.

Inclement weather does not
constitute a valid cancellation.

Cabins are to be left neat and
tidy. Floors and countertops are to be left clean. All food
brought by you for your stay should leave with you. Trash
should be collected and if possible carried to area dumpsters.
Do not leave trash outside if not in containers.

If there is an issue with your
cabin, we must be notified upon arrival. No additional
discounts will be considered at the end of your stay. Do not
ask.

There is a $15.00 minimum mail fee
to return items left in cabin.

If firewood is provided, it is for
indoor use only. No wood is provided for outdoor fire pit
areas. Make sure you are aware of possible burn bans in our
area before starting fires outdoors.

We are not responsible for injuries
or loss of items during your stay.

If particular amenities are not
listed on a cabin description and they are important for your
stay, make sure to ask if available as you make your
reservation.
- Privacy Policy: We respect and are
committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally
identifiable information when you visit our site. We also
automatically receive and record information on our server logs from
your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the
page(s) you visited. We do not and will not sell your personally
identifiable information to anyone.
- Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always
safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry
standard and among the best software available today for secure
commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal
information, including credit card number, name and address, so that
it cannot be read over the internet.
